Job Description
Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mobile Assertive Treatment Team within Community Mental Health Services.
This permanent full time position (38 hours per week) offers a salary between $81,748 and $114,771 per annum plus superannuation, with the role based in Community Mental Health Services in Sydney.
The successful candidate will provide mental health nursing care, care coordination, and support recovery-oriented services, with a NSW Driver's Licence
