Job Description
The Star Sydney is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our Sovereign Team, leading both Asian and Western kitchen stations.
You will mentor Commis and Demi Chefs and drive high standards of guest service in a fast-paced workplace.
With formal culinary training and a background in busy kitchens, you will ensure HACCP compliance, manage stock, and contribute to world-class dining experiences at The Star Sydney.
This role requires full-time commitment and weekend availability.
