About the role Own the health, performance and growth of an allocated insurance-client portfolio. Build trusted relationships, expand CMS services within existing organisations and partner with delivery teams to deliver on client commitments.
Duties
Manage client relationships and maintain structured contact cadences
Grow accounts across teams, branches, divisions and service lines
Introduce CMS services and establish client pilot programs
Monitor referral, engagement and account-performance metrics
Resolve issues and coordinate commitments with delivery teams
Skills & experience
Insurance,
workers compensation or personal injury experience
Account management experience with complex corporate clients
Credibility with claims teams and senior decision-makers
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and performance-reporting capability
Current driver's licence; NSW travel and required checks
Established portfolio of warm client relationships
Genuine autonomy over account management and growth
Cooperative team focused on long-term relationships
