Key responsibilities
Your focus will be to:
Identify and develop relationships with employers to understand their recruitment needs
Generate job vacancies and recruitment assignments
Identify companies and connect with decision‑makers
Win recruitment assignments for the team
Contribute to business growth
About you
You will have:
Proven success in developing business relationships and delivering commercial results
Prior knowledge or experience in industries or business settings in Finance, IT, Sales or Health Care
Skills to identify and develop current business opportunities
Flexibility to adapt to different work environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in business
