Barwon Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support high-acuity haematology and oncology in our inpatient unit. In this role you’ll build therapeutic relationships, contribute to individualised care planning and support positive patient outcomes.
You’ll work with patients, families and a multidisciplinary team to provide secure, evidence-based nursing care, maintain accurate documentation and drive patient safety, quality improvement and service development.
