ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER | CASTLE HILL AUTOS
Castle Hill Autos is currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Assistant Service Manager for our growing multi-brand automotive business in Castle Hill.
This position is for an immediate start and for someone wanting to work in a busy workplace with exceptional training provided to further their career.
Whilst a high level of automotive technical knowledge is expected, this is a customer contact role with a focus on delivering a high level of service to our customers.
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:
Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
Quote on service and repairs
Process repair orders and invoices
Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff




Ensure customer satisfaction is achievedMeet and exceed sales targets set by management
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience in ERA
Self-motivated
Well organised
Able to work in a team workplace
Have excellent customer service and communication skills
Be willing to learn
Neat and tidy appearance
A friendly attitude
