The Opportunity

As an Associate Director, you'll manage end-to-end searches across sales, pre-sales, marketing, and leadership roles within the technology sector.
n
It's a true 360 role, a blend of strategy, delivery, and client partnership , with flexibility to design how you work.

The Role

Manage retained and exclusive client relationships with autonomy and trust.
n
Lead candidate research, outreach, and market mapping.
n
Drive the full recruitment process from brief to shortlist to offer.
n
Collaborate with the Founder on executive search and brand growth projects.
n
Contribute to content, EVP,



and authentic market storytelling.
n
About You
You're personable, strategic, and organised, someone who builds genuine trust and consistently delivers results. You'll do well here if you:n

Have proven experience as a 360 recruiter or senior consultant (agency or boutique).
n
Thrive in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment.
n
Are confident managing senior stakeholders and complex searches.
n
Value autonomy, creativity, and flexible working.
