Employee or Contractor Senior Occupational Therapist

Are you an experienced Paediatric (and/or adults if this is an area of interest) Occupational Therapist ready to step into a Senior role with genuine autonomy, mentorship opportunities, and a caseload that keeps things interesting?

At Crest Allied Health, we're a close-knit, multidisciplinary team based in Baulkham Hills, working across the Hills District, Ryde, and Inner West Sydney. We're growing and we're looking for a Senior Paediatric OT who wants to be part of a team that genuinely values its people, not just its numbers.

What you'll be doing:
n
A mix of clinic-based and mobile sessions with paediatric clients, giving you variety and flexibility in how you work. We also offer school-based roles!
n
Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to our OTs, helping shape the next generation of great therapists
n
Building on Crest's strong relationships with local schools, allied health providers, and community stakeholders
n
Delivering high-quality, family-centred paediatric OT services across a varied caseload
n

What we're looking for:
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
n
Significant post-graduate experience in paediatrics, ideally with some supervisory or mentoring background
n
A genuine passion for supporting children, families, and growing the clinicians around you
n
