What you'll be doing

Running the show day-to-day operations across front-of-house and kitchen

Leading, motivating, and getting the best out of your team

Making sure every customer walks out buzzing

Keeping on top of health, safety, and hygiene like second nature
n
Watching the numbers and finding ways to grow sales

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar
n
Leadership that people actually want to follow
n
Sharp communication and a genuine passion for customer experience
n
Current RSA
n
Full working rights in Australia

Current First Aid certificate
