Work closely with our stores and warehouse teams to ensure excellent customer service.

About You

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, retail sales, or account management.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Excellent phone manner and professional presentation.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
n
Experience or interest in DJ equipment, Audio, Lighting, Music, Events, or entertainment technology is highly regarded but not essential.
