Facilitate meaningful learning experiences for your allocated group of children

Work collaboratively within a supportive teaching team

Maintain effective and professional communication with families

Regularly monitor, reflect on, and evaluate program effectiveness

Create a warm, secure, and stimulating learning environment
n
Build and maintain positive working relationships with all team members
n
Ensure high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing are upheld

Demonstrate experience in delivering and improving educational programs

About you n
n
Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved or working towards)
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF
n
Ability to build authentic,



nurturing relationships with children and families through intentional interactions, curriculum, and documentation
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
