Alpine Health District Nursing is seeking a dedicated nurse for a fixed term 6 weeks (14 December ********* January ****).
The 0.6 EFT part time position involves home visits to support clients in the Alpine region.
The role provides wound care, medication management and health education to help clients stay healthy and connected with their community.
AHPRA registration and a Victorian driver's licence are essential.
