n Minimum Requirementsn
n Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.n
n Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.n
n BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.n
n Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.n
n Experience with common SNF documentation systems and skilled therapy documentation standards preferred.n
n Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads, perform evaluations, develop skilled treatment plans, and complete timely
recertifications.n
n Patient handling and mobility assistance experience, including use of gait belts and mechanical lifts, preferred.n
