Inventory, Purchasing and Internal Customer Service Support

We are seeking a person to fill our Inventory, Purchasing and Internal Customer Service Support role in Revesby.
n
TradeMark Wholesale is a strictly wholesale company, distributing to over 700 stores Australia wide. We are a family business that pride ourselves on providing personalised service to our customers.
n
This position would be suitable for a Full time applicant, working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The position warrants a self-motivated, detail orientated person with an excellent work ethic and the ability to prioritise and multi- task.

Onsite parking is available.
n
This role involves, but is not limited to:
n
n
Assisting the Inventory Manager
n
Placing orders with suppliers, check pricing
n
Liaising with suppliers and agents on email
n
Assisting with price increase files and contract pricing
n
Data Entry tasks when required
n
Customer Service support when needed
n
Processing of customer orders, credits and inquires
n




Organising Sydney internal truck run with warehouse supervisor and driver/s
n
Liaise with Warehouse teams
n
Sales team support
n
Stock transfers when required
n
Quoting and booking freight when required
n
General office tasks when required
n
n

Communication with inventory / sales / management team

Strong attention to detail
n
Proficient computer skills; including experience and confidence with Excel
n
Ability to follow company
processes/protocols
and initiative in streamlining processes and identifying areas for refinement
n
Willing to work cohesively with all staff and customers
n
Effective time management skills/ability to work within time constraints
n
Ability to adapt and manage multiple requests
n
High level of verbal and written communication
skills/organisational
