Assistant Strata Manager | Career Progression into Strata Management

For candidates who already hold a NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence, a higher salary can be offered to reflect your experience and qualifications.

About the Role
n
You will work closely with one Strata Manager, providing day-to-day support across an established portfolio of approximately 700 lots.
n
Rather than supporting multiple managers, you will work closely with one person, allowing you to develop a strong understanding of the portfolio and gain valuable experience across all areas of strata management.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Supporting one experienced Strata Manager
n
Assisting with a portfolio of approximately 700 lots
n
Responding to owners, committees and contractors
n
Preparing correspondence and meeting documentation
n
Assisting with AGM, EGM and committee meeting preparation
n
Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor quotes
n
Following up repairs, work orders and outstanding matters
n
Assisting with insurance and compliance requirements
n
Updating records and maintaining accurate documentation
n
Developing your knowledge of NSW strata legislation
n




Gradually taking on additional responsibilities as your experience develops
n

About You:
n

Ideally, you will have:

Previous strata administration or Assistant Strata Manager experience
n
Strong communication and customer-service skills
n
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities

A proactive and professional approach
n
Strong computer and administration skills
n
An interest in progressing into a Strata Manager position
n
NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or currently working towards your qualifications
