We are seeking an experienced and reliable Lead Carpenter to join our team on a major $12 million construction project in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
n
This is a great opportunity for a skilled carpenter looking to take the next step into a leadership role and play a key part in delivering a high-quality project.

The Role
n
n
Lead and coordinate carpentry works on site
n
Supervise and work alongside carpentry teams and subcontractors
n
Read and interpret plans and specifications
n
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and workmanship
n
Coordinate with site management and other trades
n
Assist with programming,



planning and day-to-day site activities
n
Ensure works are completed efficiently and to schedule
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Leading Hand Carpenter / Lead Carpenter
n
Strong carpentry background with excellent practical skills
n
Ability to lead and coordinate a team
n
Strong understanding of construction processes and safety requirements
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Reliable, hands-on and quality-focused
n
Relevant trade qualifications and tickets
n
