About the role: n
Reporting directly to the Service Manager and Workshop Foreman-
n
n
Customer Support & Consultation:n
n
Provide expert advice to customers on the selection, integration, and optimization of Case IH/New Holland precision farming systems, including GPS systems, telemetry, autosteering, and field management software.
n
Conduct on-site consultations to assess customer needs and recommend tailored precision solutions.
n
Assist in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of precision technology systems on Case IH and New Holland machinery.
n
n
Installation and calibration of precision technology systems on new and existing Case IH/ New Holland machinery achieving customer-specific field performance outcomes.
n
Technical Support & Issue Resolution: n
n
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to resolve customer issues related to precision technology and related machinery.
n
Monitor and report on system performance, providing proactive solutions to improve functionality.
n
Work with sales team and customer to ensure optimisation of machines and technology.
n
About you n
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, have a professional approach to all tasks at hand and have a strong passion for the precision agriculture industry.
Customer service is a key value of our operations and as such Intersales places great emphasis on this for all employees.
Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following: n

A current and valid C-class driver's license (essential)
n
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
n
Ability to travel, working autonomously and remotely
n
The ability to work within a team environment

Experience withproducts from CaseIH, New Holland
