Working within a dynamic Credit & Risk function, you'll assess, structure and manage commercial credit exposures while contributing to business growth and sound risk management outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing and underwriting commercial credit applications
n
Analysing financial statements, cash flow and customer performance
n
Preparing detailed credit submissions, risk assessments and recommendations
n
Managing dealer and customer relationships within a commercial finance environment
n
Monitoring borrower performance and establishing appropriate credit limits
n
Supporting collections and risk mitigation strategies where required
n
Preparing and negotiating credit documentation and lending agreements
n
Identifying opportunities to support new and existing business growth
n
Contributing to process improvement initiatives, including digital and automation solutions
n
Producing portfolio insights, reporting and risk trend analysis
n
Supporting and collaborating with team members across the broader credit function
n

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
n
Experience in credit analysis, underwriting, lending, banking, risk assessment or financial analysis
n
Strong ability to interpret financial information and assess risk

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Solid written and verbal communication abilities
n
A proactive, self-motivated and accountable approach
n
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
