Banneton Bakery is lookingfor astrong Barista/Wait Person.

A casual position is just about to open.
n
The ideal candidate must appreciate and understand what great food and service is about.

Banneton Bakery is a specialised Sourdough
Bakery/Cafe/Patisserie
with 3 locations in Brisbane.
n
The position is for Ashgrove.
n
This is not a traditional cafe as we operate as a Bakery/Cafe.
n
This means that no food is cooked on site.
n
A combination of retail sales (Bread/Pastries) and savoury food to be re-heated on site is our main offering.
n
Coffee sales are also an intricate part of the products, either as a takeaway or dine in.
n
As a staff member, the main duties involve :
n
Following general procedures such as Opening, Closing, Merchandising.
n
Coffee Quality and consistency.
n
Efficiency of service and Cleanliness of the premisses.
n
No night work is involved,
but one day on weekendsand early mornings starts are part of the gig.
n
The ideal candidate must have the following:

Strong Baristaskills. Appreciate good food.
n
Be fully accountable for their roles and dependable.
n
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, staff members and management.
