We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Property & Leasing Department Manager
to lead our property and leasing team and oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our commercial property portfolio.
n
This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for leasing, occupancy, property management and tenant outcomes. You'll lead the team, set priorities, stay across day-to-day matters and ensure issues and tasks are followed through to completion.
n
Working closely with business leadership, you'll also identify opportunities, solve problems and improve the way the department operates.

Key responsibilities n
n
Lead and develop the property and leasing team, including priorities, targets, accountabilities and workflows
n
Oversee leasing activity, including enquiries, negotiations, renewals, tenant retention and the leasing pipeline
n




Drive leasing and occupancy outcomes across the portfolio
n
Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, servicing and budgets
n
Manage tenant relationships, communications and escalations, including Owners Corporation matters
n
Oversee property marketing, vacancy promotion and leasing campaigns
n
Maintain accurate property and leasing systems, records and reporting, including Cirrus8
n
Monitor property, leasing and occupancy performance and provide regular reporting
n
Develop and improve departmental processes, procedures and systems
n
Support broader business and strategic projects
n

Experience in property and leasing

Experience leading and developing a team

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
