With an incredible track-record across NSW, our client is an internationally recognised project marketing firm offering you an opportunity to join a high-performing, industry-leading team, working across a variety of sites and being trained / mentored into a Project Sales Executive within ******* months!!
n
The Role:
n
Based in the corporate head office (CBD) one day and onsite in the Sales Suites the other 4 days, your day to day will include:
n
n
Support the Sales Team with lead nurturing, follow-up reminders and appointment setting
n
Undertake outbound database calls to prospective purchasers and existing leads
n
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team, Project Manager and Project Director.
n
Assist with CRM data cleansing and maintaining accurate customer records
n
Assist with Sales Office preparation, including collateral,



displays and presentation standards
n
Attend project briefings and sales meetings
n
n
About You:
n
n
Previous Real Estate experience (and a Real Estate Certificate / or about to complete)
n
Professional presentation and confident customer-facing manner
n
Able to work weekends (this is a 5 day role including Saturdays & Sundays)
n
Proactive, organised and accountable, with a strong desire to learn and progress
n
n
