Marsh Alliance is looking for a qualified Industrial Electrician to join our maintenance team at our Carole Park manufacturing facility.
n
This is a permanent, hands-on maintenance role working alongside our Maintenance Supervisor and maintenance team. You'll work across a diverse range of manufacturing machinery, tackling everything from electrical fault finding and breakdowns to preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and improvement projects.

What you'll get

Approximately $124,200 + super per year based on ordinary 38-hour weeks
n
Permanent full-time employment
n
Day shift only – no rotating roster
n
Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
n
Friday: 6:00am – 10:00am
n
Every Friday afternoon off
n
Variety of machinery, fault finding and project work
n
Work within an experienced, hands-on maintenance team

What you'll be doing
n
You'll help keep our manufacturing equipment safe, reliable and productive, including:
n
n
Electrical fault finding and breakdown response
n
Preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance
n
Diagnosing faults on production machinery
n
Installing,



repairing and maintaining electrical components and systems
n
Supporting machinery upgrades and improvement projects
n
Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics
n
Carrying out electrical safety inspections and testing
n
Working with maintenance and production teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime
n
Recording maintenance work and identifying recurring equipment issues
n

What we're looking for
n
You'll need:
n
n
A current Queensland Electrical Licence
n
Strong electrical fault‐finding and troubleshooting skills
n
A practical, hands‐on approach to maintenance
n
The ability to work safely and independently when required
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
n
n
Experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, machinery or PLC fault finding would be highly regarded.
n
