The Venue Manager leads the overall operations and strategic growth of Merewether Surfhouse, ensuring a thriving, well-managed venue that delivers exceptional guest experiences and meets financial targets. Reporting to the Group General Manager, this senior leadership role drives standards, optimises guest experience and owns the venue P+L.
