Job Description
Your role will be a mix of barista and all-rounder duties in a small, locally owned café focused on great coffee, positive food and creating a welcoming experience for the local community.

Key responsibilities

Preparing high-quality coffee and other beverages
n
Taking orders and providing friendly customer service
n
Serving food and assisting with basic food preparation
n
Clearing and resetting tables
n
Operating the POS and handling payments
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented café
n
Opening and/or closing duties when required
n
Helping the team wherever needed during busy service
n

About you
n
n
Have previous café, barista or hospitality experience
n
Can confidently make coffee to a consistent standard
n




Have a friendly and positive attitude
n
Are reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Have great attention to detailWork well independently as well as part of a small team
n
Barista experience is preferred, but strong hospitality background and the right attitude also considered
n
Work in a small, friendly local café
