PHN Hunter New England and Central Coast – Tamworth NSW is seeking a Strategic Grants and Partnerships Manager to identify, coordinate and develop high-quality grant and tender submissions that support better health outcomes across the Hunter, New England and Central Coast regions.
You will lead the development of strategic grant opportunities, coordinate experts and stakeholders, and drive submissions from concept through to implementation, with a adaptable 0.8 FTE option and a hybrid work
