We are seeking a confident and professional Senior Dental Receptionist to join a friendly, busy dental practice in Panania. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a supportive team while enjoying an excellent hourly rate.

About the role
Manage the front desk and provide a warm welcome to patients
Coordinate appointments and maintain a busy appointment book
Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally
Process payments, health fund claims and patient accounts
Support recalls, treatment bookings and general administration
Assist with the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice
Deliver a consistently high standard of patient service

About you




Confident managing a busy front desk
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Qualified, friendly and well presented
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and able to work well within a team

What’s on offer
$38–$43 per hour + super, depending on experience
