They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major $50M Class 2 residential development in Parramatta. This is an excellent chance for a Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on with project delivery and working closely with senior leadership within a well-established business.
The Role As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the project from construction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a $50M Class 2 residential development
Managing project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery
Overseeing subcontractors, consultants and project stakeholders
Managing project variations, costs, commercial risks and contractual matters
Leading design coordination and resolving construction issues
Ensuring project quality, safety and programme requirements are achieved
Managing client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project
Driving the project towards successful completion within programme and budget
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the Australian construction industry
