You will handle high-volume inbound enquiries, resolve issues with care and scheduling, and document interactions accurately using our CRM systems.
This full time, hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 from home after a 6-month probation, with a focus on empathy, clear communication and delivering First Call Resolution wherever possible.
