Three Beans Cafe, located on Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, seeks a Cafe Supervisor to lead daily floor operations and stock management.
You will supervise shifts, coach baristas, ensure high coffee and food quality, and resolve customer feedback promptly.
Ideal candidates bring supervisory cafe experience, solid stock control skills, and excellent people-management abilities.
