About the role?
Based at our Robina Dealership you will be applying your skills to best connect and help our guests to find the perfect Toyota Vehicle for their needs.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:
Building, developing, and fostering guest relationships to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty throughout the purchasing journey.
Professional execution from the initial prospect enquiry, the sales journey through to delivery handover and post sales follow up.
Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity
Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base




Assisting with showroom tasks and operations
Meeting KPI accountability and other performance outcomes
5-day work week with 4:30pm finish time on Saturday's (RDO: Weekday + Sunday)
What are we looking for?
Previous sales experience in the automotive industry highly regarded but not essential
Passionate about creating an amazing guest experience
Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management
Excellent communication skills and computer literacy
KPI driven with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
A Team Player who contributes to a fun and positive working environment
Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence
Manual Driver's Licence
