The Role
Working closely with senior leaders across operations, manufacturing, sales and corporate functions, you'll help deliver people strategies that support business performance and organisational success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic business partnering
Workforce and succession planning
Leadership coaching and development
Employee engagement initiatives
Performance management
Employee relations and workplace investigations
Organisational development activities
Remuneration and annual review processes
Talent acquisition support
HR policy and compliance
HR reporting and workforce insights
Change management and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You may currently be working as a:
Human Resources Business Partner
Senior Human Resources Business Partner
Senior HR Advisor operating at HRBP level
HR Manager within a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment




Experience within any of the following industries will be highly regarded:
Manufacturing
Engineering
Mining
Industrial Products
Industrial Services
Heavy Industry
Infrastructure
Construction Materials
Energy
You'll bring:
Proven HR Business Partner experience
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Employee relations expertise
Leadership coaching experience
Organisational change exposure
A pragmatic and commercially focused approach
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications
