Job Description
Sailaway Port Douglas, part of Journey Beyond, is seeking a casual First Deckhand to join the team.
You will provide exemplary customer service, manage passenger boarding and safety briefings, and lead guided snorkel tours and Glass Bottom Boat experiences while maintaining a clean, secure vessel.
The ideal candidate will have sailing or boating experience, strong safety knowledge, and the ability to engage passengers including children with reef interpretation and island heritage walks.
