St Mary's Service Pty Ltd is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Operations Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day logistics operations.
Our company provides parcel delivery services and we are committed to excellence in customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the procurement and maintenance of transport vehicles, equipment, and fuel
Liaise with clients to understand delivery requirements, offer advice on vehicle options and hire terms, and address any service-related concerns
Receive and process orders and bookings; plan and execute efficient delivery schedules




Ensure goods are stored and transported under conditions that protect their quality
Organise timely collection and delivery of goods and vehicles
Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular performance and compliance reports
Coordinate the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of transportation units
Ensure strict adherence to occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and internal standards
Qualifications & Experience:
AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2); or
At least three years of relevant experience (which may substitute for formal qualifications)
