POSITION SUMMARY

Aplenty is looking for a hands‐on Catering All Rounder to support our events, FOH, beverage and logistics teams.
n
This is a wide-ranging role where no two days look quite the same — from batching cocktails and packing events to setting up grazing tables, supporting FOH or delivering our Ready to Serve orders.
n
Perfect for someone with hospitality experience, a flexible schedule and an interest in learning the ropes of a growing catering + events business.
n
Please disregard position of 'kitchen hand', there was no option for a Catering All‐Rounder!

Events and deliveries are packed accurately and ready on time
n
Event set‐ups and pack‐downs run smoothly
n
Beverage orders are prepared, labelled and organised
n
Equipment and stock are well maintained and accounted for
n
You communicate clearly and take initiative
n
Aplenty's presentation and service standards are upheld
n

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
n
EVENT PREP & LOGISTICS
n
n
Pack food, beverages, equipment and supplies using event paperwork and checklists
n
Load and unload catering vehicles
n
Deliver and collect catering orders and equipment across Sydney
n
Keep stock, equipment and event preparation areas organised
n
n
BEVERAGE + CATERING SUPPORT
n
n
Batch cocktails and prepare beverage orders
n
Assist with grazing tables, beverage stations and event set‐ups
n
Support FOH service and pack‐down where required
n
Help across different areas of the business during busy periods
n
n
STANDARDS + ORGANISATION
n
n
Follow Aplenty systems,



checklists and procedures
n
Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas
n
Communicate any stock, equipment or logistical issues early
n
Take initiative and help wherever needed
n
n
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
n
n
FOH, hospitality, catering or events experience preferred
n
Confident driving vans or similar vehicles
n
Comfortable with lifting, loading and physical work
n
Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions accurately
n
n
REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Full Australian Driver's Licence essential
n
Current NSW RSA or willing to complete course
n
Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
n
n

Hands‐on, reliable and ready to get stuck in. You have a great eye for detail, enjoy variety and are happy moving between different tasks and teams.
