Job Description
Opal HealthCare is seeking a hands-on Regional Head Chef to support our chefs across Greater Sydney and the Central West. You will lead kitchen operations, ensure quality dining experiences, and maintain strict food safety standards while traveling between sites.

The role requires 5+ years as Head Chef in aged care, hotels, or similar settings, plus a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and a Food Safety Supervisory Certification. Pre-employment checks apply.
