CTM is seeking a Client Manager to lead strategic relationships with Queensland Government stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of CTM services. You will drive retention, performance and compliance, while collaborating with procurement and agencies on travel programs.

You will manage onboarding, ongoing support, and reporting, translating data into cost savings and improved traveller outcomes. Hybrid working is offered, with a focus on service quality and stakeholder engagement.
