We're looking for a commercially sharp, data-driven Business Partner to work closely with our venues and leadership team, turning insight into action and helping shape smarter decisions across the business.

THE ROLE
n
As Commercial Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to venue and leadership stakeholders — bringing commercial rigour, data accuracy, and systems thinking to every decision. You'll help ensure our tools, processes, and reporting drive real efficiency and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with stakeholders to provide commercial insight that informs decision-making
n
Championing data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting
n
Following and improving processes, flagging opportunities for greater efficiency
n
Identifying and helping resolve system issues calmly and clearly
n
Supporting compliance and audit readiness across the business
n
Using tools and templates with purpose to drive quality outcomes
n
Sharing your expertise to help others navigate systems and processes with confidence
n
Upholding all regulatory obligations (e.g. RSA/RCG/AML) relevant to the role
n
Reporting incidents and hazards in a timely, responsible manner
n

What You'll Bring
n

CA or CPA qualification or working towards (essential)
n
Proven experience in a commercial, finance business partnering, or analytical role
n
Strong data and systems literacy, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
n
A genuine commitment to compliance, safety, and continuous improvement
