About the Role
n
Due to continued growth and project demand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team based in Somersby.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage the full project lifecycle from commencement to completion
n
Coordinate manufacturing, installation and commissioning activities
n
Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones
n
Manage project budgets, forecasting and commercial performance
n
Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
n
Oversee risk management, project reporting and documentation
n
Liaise with engineering, production, quality and sales teams
n
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and within budget
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and project outcomes
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within industrial, engineering, manufacturing or construction environments
n
Mechanical, HVAC,



heavy industrial or related engineering background
n
Experience managing projects involving fabrication, manufacturing, installation or commissioning
n
Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management capabilities
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
n
Project Management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AIPM or similar (preferred)
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
HVAC or industrial cooling experience
n
Supplier-side manufacturing project experience
n
Experience working within heavy engineering or industrial infrastructure sectors
n
n
