We're looking for a technical-savvy and detail-focused
Senior Billing Officer
to join our Sydney-based Finance team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex billing activities, become the go-to billing expert, and play a key role in safeguarding revenue across the business.

We're open to candidates in Brisbane, QLD as we also have an office there.
About the Opportunity n
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Revenue and Collections, you'll be responsible for ensuring billing is accurate, timely and compliant across a diverse range of products and customer segments.

Manage and oversee the Bill Run process across all entities
n
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes and revenue exceptions
n
Support revenue assurance activities and identify opportunities to minimise revenue leakage
n
Assist with month-end revenue processes,



reconciliations and reporting
n
Act as a billing subject matter expert and escalation point for complex issues
n
Support system enhancements, testing and process improvement initiatives
n
Partner with Sales, Provisioning, Customer Support and Finance teams to resolve billing challenges and improve outcomes
n
About You n
Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, you enjoy getting into the detail, improving processes and delivering excellent outcomes for both customers and the business.

Previous experience in billing, revenue assurance or finance operations roles
n
Solid analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
n
Telecommunications industry experience highly regarded
