About the Role
n
An established residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to manage investment home projects across Brisbane's western suburbs, including Ipswich, Redbank and through to the Toowoomba region.
n You will oversee the construction of lowset residential homes from site start through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage multiple lowset residential builds from commencement to completion
n
Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction schedules
n
Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress
n
Ensure workmanship meets company and industry standards
n




Maintain project timelines and proactively address delays
n
Manage workplace health and safety across all sites
n
Resolve construction issues and coordinate required rectification work
n
Maintain clear communication with clients, trades and internal teams
n
Complete quality inspections and prepare homes for handover
n
Ensure all construction documentation is accurate and up to date
n

About You
n
n
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor with a residential builder
n
Experience delivering investment, volume or project homes
n
Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing
n
Confident managing multiple builds across a broad geographical area
n
Excellent trade management and scheduling skills
n
Strong understanding of quality and WHS requirements
n
Well organised with excellent communication skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Relevant Queensland building licence or supervisor qualification
n
