Universal Store is looking for passionate, customer-focused team members to join our team throughout the Christmas trade period. This is a Casual opportunity, and successful candidates must be available to work from October **** through to 7 February ****.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable in-store experiences.

Build strong relationships with customers and develop a loyal client base.
n
Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance.
n
Support day-to-day store operations, from stock room to shop floor.
n
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
n
Work collaboratively as part of a positive and high-performing team.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Previous retail experience, ideally in fashion or customer-focused environments.
n




Strong passion for customer service and creating memorable customer experiences.
n
Warm, enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills.
n
Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently with customers.
n
Reliable and flexible, with availability throughout the Christmas trading period.
n
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to support where needed.
