Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

Customer service or phone experience

A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport

About the Role
n
As a Bilingual Orthodontic Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting both English and Mandarin-speaking patients throughout their orthodontic journey.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Assisting our orthodontists in patient care while handling admin duties such as greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, and sterilising instruments.
n
Assisting with patient consultations and treatment discussions
n
Translating and explaining treatment information in Mandarin and English
n
Building rapport and trust with patients and families
n
Managing appointment scheduling and patient communications
n
Following up with prospective and existing patients
n
Working closely with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
n
Helping patients understand financial arrangements and treatment options
n
n
The primary location is Burwood & Drummoyne and occasional shifts in Parramatta.
