About the Role
n
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a boutique consulting firm delivering high-impact technology and transformation initiatives across the Not-for-Profit sector.
n
In this role, you will be engaged on a significant CRM transformation program for a leading Not-for-Profit organisation, supporting the client through the early stages of a major technology investment.
n
The Senior Business Analyst will lead or contribute to the preparation of RFP documentation for the selection of a CRM platform and implementation partner, while playing a key role in defining business requirements, developing the business case and supporting the organisation through the CRM selection process.
n
Working closely with senior client stakeholders, technology teams and procurement, you will lead discovery activities to understand current-state challenges, define future-state requirements and ensure the organisation is well positioned to make an informed technology and investment decision.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead or contribute to the preparation of RFP documentation for the selection of a CRM platform and implementation partner.
n
Lead discovery and requirements-gathering workshops with senior stakeholders and business users across the organisation.
n
Analyse current-state CRM processes, systems, pain points and capability gaps.
n
Define and document functional and non-functional requirements for a future CRM solution.
n
Develop clear current-state and future-state process maps and business requirements.
n




Support the development of a comprehensive business case, including options analysis, benefits, risks and recommendations.
n
Develop evaluation criteria and support vendor assessment and selection activities.
n
Work closely with procurement, technology and business stakeholders throughout the RFP process.
n
Translate complex business needs into clear requirements that can be understood by technology vendors and implementation partners.
n
Provide insight into CRM best practice and help shape the future-state solution and operating model.

Key Experience
n
n
Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst working across complex transformation or technology programs.
n
Demonstrated experience developing business cases and contributing to or leading technology RFP processes.
n
Solid CRM transformation experience, ideally involving Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
n
Proven experience leading discovery, stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering activities.
n
Strong process mapping, requirements documentation and options analysis capability.
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives, business teams, technology and procurement.
n
Experience working within the Not-for-Profit, healthcare, aged care, community services or similarly complex service-based environments would be highly regarded.
n
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance business needs, technology considerations and organisational constraints.
n
