Job Description
South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) Drug & Alcohol Services provides a range of treatment and support services designed to assist individuals, families, and communities managing concerns related to alcohol, prescription, or illicit drug use.

The purpose of the role is to plan, coordinate and deliver high quality psychosocial assessments and/or functional assessments, care coordination and navigation to people attending SESLHD Drug & Alcohol Services, consistent with SESLHD
