We're seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Executive to join our clients Pre-Owned vehicle team. You'll engage with walk-in customers, online enquiries, and repeat clients, guiding them through the full sales process while delivering an exceptional experience every time.

Key responsibilities

Convert showroom, phone, and digital enquiries into sales
n
Conduct needs analysis and match customers to the right vehicle
n
Present and demonstrate vehicles confidently
n
Manage test drives, trade-ins, and finance introductions
n
Negotiate effectively to achieve monthly sales targets
n
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity
n
Deliver a seamless handover experience
n
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends
n

About you

Automotive sales experience preferred, but high-performing retail or customer-facing backgrounds welcome
n
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
n
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
n
Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
n
Current manual driver's licence
n
