About the Roles
n
We are looking for reliable professionals to join our local project team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality civil works, ensuring project-readiness, and maintaining the high standards QCCS is known for across Central Queensland. Including the following Operator tasks:
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Roadworks: Complete excavation and earthworks for road construction projects.
n
Pipe Installation: Support trenching and installation of underground services.
n
Structure Excavation: Undertake excavation for concrete structures and civil infrastructure.
n
Earthworks: Perform cut and fill,
bulk earthworks and site preparation.
n
Drainage & Dams: Assist with drainage, water infrastructure and dam construction works.
n
Safe Operations: Operate plant safely while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
n

What We Are Looking For
n
We value people who take pride in their work, value safety, and have a sharp eye for technical accuracy.

Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Relevant RIIs/tickets and equipment competencies (Excavators, Skid Steers & Loaders etc.)
n
Previous experience on civil or mining projects.
n
A White/Blue Card and current Driver's Licence.
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing random drug & alcohol screening.
n
A focus on integrity, results, and a "can-do" attitude that fits a high-performance team environment.
n
Have a current High-Risk Work Licence, HR Licence, or current QAL, BSL or Yarwun inductions? Let us know — they are highly regarded and will fast-track your start.
