Key Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality construction drawings and documentation using Revit
n
Amend plans and specifications in line with client selections, design changes, and regulatory requirements
n
Liaise with the design and pre-construction teams to ensure documentation aligns with build and compliance standards
n




Manage plan revisions and updates efficiently to support smooth project progression
n
Ensure all drawings adhere to company design standards, council, and NCC regulations
n
n
About You:
n
n
5+ years' experience as a Draftsperson within the residential construction industry
n
Proficiency in Revit is required
n
Robust understanding of residential construction methods, BASIX, and NSW planning regulations
n
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
