Job Description
Nurse Generation is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing / Clinical Care Manager for an immediate six-week assignment at a 140-bed residential aged care home in Queensland. This hands-on interim leadership role requires strong clinical governance, oversight of documentation and quality practices, and collaboration with onsite leaders, RNs and care teams to deliver protected, high‐quality care.
