The Opportunity
n
You'll take responsibility for delivering commercial construction projects across all phases—from planning through to completion.
n
Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably and to the high standards ICG is known for.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing commercial construction projects from planning through to completion
n




Developing and managing project programs
n
Procurement and subcontractor management
n
Managing project budgets, forecasting and cost control
n
Contract administration and commercial management
n
Driving safety, quality, program and client outcomes
n
Leading project teams and supporting Site Managers and Supervisors
n
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Preparing project reporting and communicating with key stakeholders
n
Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building robust relationships.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
3+ years' experience managing commercial construction projects
n
Proven ability to successfully deliver projects from start to finish
n
Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
n
Experience with contract administration and procurement
n
Excellent planning and program management capability
n
Confidence working directly with clients and consultants
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar (preferred)
n
