We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused and reliable Food, Beverage and Event Staff to join our casual team. Whether you're experienced in hospitality or looking to build your skills, you'll have the opportunity to work across our restaurants, bars, functions, weddings and special events, helping us deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences every day.

As a Casual Food, Beverage & Event Team Member, you'll be part of a passionate hospitality team delivering exceptional experiences to our members, guests and visitors. Working across our bars, restaurant, functions and events, no two shifts are the same. From serving guests during busy lunch and dinner services to assisting at weddings, corporate events and special functions, you'll play an important role in creating memorable experiences.

Food & Beverage Service
n

Deliver friendly, professional and efficient food and beverage service.
n
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (RSA required).
n
Take food and beverage orders using the Club's POS system.
n
Serve meals and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards.

Clear and reset tables to ensure a welcoming dining environment.
n

Functions & Events
n
n
Assist with the setup, service and pack down of weddings, corporate functions, golf presentations and special events.
n
Deliver outstanding service during events while maintaining attention to detail.
n
Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure each event runs smoothly.
n
Adapt to different event styles and service requirements.
n
n
Customer Experience
n
n
Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for members and guests.
n
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and assist where possible.
n
Maintain excellent presentation standards throughout all service areas.
n
Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining a positive attitude.
n
n
Teamwork & Operations
n
n
Work collaboratively with kitchen, bar and front-of-house teams.
n
Follow daily operational procedures and supervisor directions.
n
Assist with restocking, cleaning and maintaining service areas.
n
Be flexible to work across different outlets within the Club as required.
n
n
Safety & Compliance
n
n
Comply with all RSA, food safety, workplace health and safety and Club policies and procedures.
n
Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
n
Report hazards, incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
n
Ensure responsible service practices are followed at all times.
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for friendly, energetic and reliable people who enjoy working with others and delivering great customer service. Previous hospitality experience is preferred,



but if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous experience in a food and beverage, bar, café, restaurant or events role (preferred).
n
A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
n
A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
Strong attention to detail and a professional presentation.
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays throughout the busy spring and summer period. No holidays will be approved over the spring/summer period.
n
Reliability, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications & Experience
n
n
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
n
Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (essential).
n
Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) Certificate is advantageous but not essential for all roles.
n
Australian working rights.
n
n
